Challenge Partners is delighted to announce that it has appointed Dr Kate Chhatwal as its Chief Executive to succeed Prof. Sir George Berwick.
A former senior civil servant at the DfE who led the delivery of the National Challenge initiative, Dr Chhatwal has extensive experience in education leadership, policy and practice. Her recent experience includes roles as Executive Director of the Southwark Teaching School Alliance, Chief Programme Officer at The Future Leaders Trust, chairing the National Ambition NPQ Alliance and lead governance consultant for Ambition School Leadership. She is a trustee of STEP Academy Trust.
