Jon Coles, formerly Director General of the Department for Education, and now Chief Executive of United Learning Trust (ULT) has been appointed as Chair and Non-Executive Director of Challenge Partners.

Jon has had a long standing interest in the Partnership, dating back before its conception to his involvement in the very successful London Challenge and City Challenges. The idea for the Partnership grew out of this initiative and Jon worked with Prof George Berwick and the team in developing the concept into what it is today.

The decision was ratified by the Senior Partners on the 1st February, and we are delighted to have him on board.
