Vijita Patel

Vijita has worked with the Challenge Partners organisation since 2010. She strongly believes in the role that effective networks hold in empowering all educators as leaders of learning design.  

Vijita is the principal of a large complex needs special school in London. She is passionate about the role of education in developing a more equal society, and its fundamental purpose in reducing the marginalisation of pupils with additional needs.  

Vijita supports school leaders, governors, and local authorities as a National Leader of Education, and enjoys the training of early career teachers and future leaders. Vijita is also a trustee for Special Olympics Great Britain, Artists in Residence Charity, and Swiss Cottage School Charity.
