Louise Wolsey

Louise’s career has spanned the public, voluntary and private sectors, working with large corporate partners on the development of CSR strategies, adding value to and creating social change in communities nationally. Currently, Louise is the Group Chief Strategy Officer for London and South East Education Group, which incorporates London South East Colleges and London South East Academies Trust, and she is Deputy CEO of the LASER Education Foundation. With a turnover of £70m, the Group serves 12,000 children, young people, and adults, and employs 1,300 people.  As GCSO, Louise is leading the implementation of the group’s strategy, which has embedded the ambition of creating social value and building community wealth across organisational practice. Louise is also a board member of Challenge Partners and the South East London Chamber of Commerce as well as Chair of Trustees for Woodland Academy Trust.

Louise was keen to join Challenge Partners to share her expertise in fundraising within the voluntary sector, to support Challenge Partner’s growth and sustainability in the sector, and to equally deepen her knowledge and understanding of school to school improvement and system leadership in multi-academy trusts.
