A safe space for headteachers to think, test and learn
Jubilee Networks are regional headteacher networks designed to facilitate strong, mutually supportive relationships and provide a safe space to share experience and knowledge while exploring different approaches to school improvement and leadership.
Who is it for?
Headteachers of good and outstanding primary and secondary schools can join a Jubilee Network throughout the year.
We have existing Jubilee Networks in the Midlands and South Central regions, and we are happy to discuss creating new networks in your region.

Bringing together leaders across different localities to test out different approaches to school improvement
Led by a Practitioner Facilitator
With additional support from the Challenge Partners central team
Four all-day network meetings
Designed to showcase areas of strength and innovation at host schools and explore live issues and challenges within the sector
Expert-led leadership workshops
Delivered in partnership with BTS Spark, with flexibility to include action learning sets or 1:1 coaching in-between network meetings
