National Network of Excellence

Excellence sharing and inspiration in a vibrant professional learning network of hundreds of school and trust leaders.

All schools and trusts who join Challenge Partners benefit from our national Network of Excellence.

This knowledge-sharing space offers opportunities to hear about leading practice and find peer support for sustainable school improvement.

It includes an online programme of inspiring speakers from the education sector and beyond, addressing topical and enduring themes, such as curriculum, disadvantage, diversity and SEND

Twice a year, we bring the whole network together online to hear from expert speakers on current and strategically significant topics. Unlike many other ‘webinars’ our National Network Conferences are a real chance to join in a conversation with high-profile presenters and your peers on key themes

Challenge Partners uniquely accredits Areas of Excellence through the Quality Assurance Review, sharing practice openly so other schools and trusts can learn from both the challenges and successes behind strong outcomes. This helps unlock local excellence and spread effective practice across the network through events and hub-led Area of Excellence days throughout the year

Our exclusive School Support Directory is a curated online knowledge hub giving school and trust leaders access to themed resources, webinar recordings and leading practice sessions to support their CPD. It also helps partners connect with schools accredited with Areas of Excellence, alongside providing programme handbooks, guidance and supporting materials to maximise the impact of their involvement

Half-termly newsletters are sent to all partner schools to share knowledge, resources, and news of upcoming events

How to join the Network of Excellence

All partners automatically join our Network of Excellence, which connects hundreds of school and trust leaders in a vibrant professional learning community focused on sharing knowledge and driving sustainable improvement
