Nicola Thomas

Nicola is Programmes and Networks Manager, having joined Challenge Partners in September 2018, and works within the Programmes Team, leading on the day to day delivery of our Growing the Top and Extending Leading Practice programmes. 

Prior to joining Challenge Partners, Nicola worked at the education charity, The Transformation Trust - coordinating programmes to help disadvantaged students gain core employability skills. Nicola has also worked as a primary school teacher in East London, where she fulfilled her love of singing by leading the infant choir. When she's not working, Nicola enjoys rehearsing with her pop and rock choir and preparing for their next big gig, as well as trying out new local restaurants.
