Georgina Lambton

Georgina joined Challenge Partners in August 2019, and leads the Partnership Team. Prior to this, she worked for six years as a Secondary Maths teacher in both Bradford and Leeds, initially as part of the Teach First Leadership Development Programme. Alongside teaching maths, Georgina also led educational visits to a school in South Africa, and completed a Masters in Education based around International School Partnerships. She has always been passionate about reducing educational disadvantage, and is enjoying having the opportunity to continue this mission on a larger scale.
