Rebecca Pell

Rebecca joined Challenge Partners in October 2019, and works within the Knowledge Exchange Team leading on our National Network Conferences and Sharing Leading Practice programme. Prior to this, Rebecca was in the Partnerships Team. She has also worked in roles across the sector, both as a primary school teacher, civil servant and through delivering programmes and events for young people looking to get a foot on the career ladder. And she has had the opportunity to teach English in Tanzania and Cambodia during her gap year.

Rebecca has always been passionate about reducing educational disadvantage, and is enjoying having the opportunity to continue this mission.
