Sophie Osborne

Sophie joined Challenge Partners in April 2022 and works as the Data and Systems Lead.

Prior to working at Challenge Partners, they worked for the education charity Diversity Role Models, working to embed inclusion and empathy in the next generation. Sophie is invested in reducing educational inequality, and hopes to continue to contribute to this through their work at Challenge Partners.
