Nikita Vyas
Head of Programmes and Networks
Nikita joined Challenge Partners in September 2022 and oversees the delivery of our programmes and networks. She also co-leads the DEI Action Group.
She started her career as a secondary French teacher in Yorkshire and the Humber, later teaching English to adults and young people in France.
Moving over to the education charity sector, Nikita worked at The Brilliant Club where she played a pivotal role in launching the Brilliant Tutoring Programme, which supported thousands of state school pupils whose learning was disrupted by the pandemic.
In 2022/23, she was selected to join the Impetus Leadership Academy, dedicated to nurturing emerging leaders in the UK youth sector.
