Junia Charlton

Junia is the QA Review Programme Lead at Challenge Partners, playing a pivotal role in the delivery of our Quality Assurance Review programme. He oversees the day-to-day running of the program, ensuring that every school benefits from a great QAR experience. Junia joined Challenge Partners in January 2023.

He holds a degree in Criminology, having graduated from the University of Northampton in 2021. His professional career history spans across the education and youth sectors. Before joining Challenge Partners, he worked for Groundwork London, delivering the NCS program, which focused on workshops and residential experiences for students in years 11 and 12.
