Lydia Tilley-Seager

Lydia joined Challenge Partners in August 2023 as a Partnership Coordinator within the Networks Team, focusing on the delivery of Jubilee Networks. She also supports the Programmes Team on the QA Review and the new SEND Developmental Peer Review Pilot. 

Prior to joining Challenge Partners, she completed her BA in History and International Relations at the University of Exeter, spent a year studying in Hong Kong and taught English to children ages 6-9 in Spain. She is passionate about reducing educational inequality and is excited to work towards this goal in her role.
