Lucas Smith

Lucas joined Challenge Partners in 2023 as a Partnership Coordinator. He primarily works in the programmes team, forcing on the Growing the Top programmes. Before this, he worked in a variety of roles including recruitment, after he graduated from the University of Kent with a degree in politics.
