Nicola Forster

Nicola Forster has been a primary headteacher for eleven years and is currently the headteacher of North Primary. Prior to headship, she taught/was an EYFS consultant for seventeen years. Nicola is the Senior Partner of Compass Hub in West London, a wonderful collaboration of nine schools from three local authorities, that provide each other with challenge and support. Nicola is completing the NPQEL, which has supported the development of Compass Hub to have impact across it’s schools, through an extensive joint CPD programme.

Nicola has been an active member of Challenge Partners for nine of it’s ten years, learning from and with other schools and engaging in many of its projects, currently Extending Leading Practice. She is an occasional writer for TES.
