Jayne Jardine

Jayne has 34 years’ experience of working within education, with 22 of these being spent as Head Teacher of four highly successful special schools and two as a senior LA adviser.

Jayne has worked in secondary, primary and all age schools within the maintained and independent sectors. Working with schools where rapid change is required is a challenge she enjoys and she has successfully led her schools to be working within the outstanding range. Jayne supports a wide range of schools across London through her school improvement partner work and is also a lead Ofsted inspector. She is also a mentor and coach.

As an aspirational practitioner her aim is for every child to be taught in an intrinsically motivating manner to ensure maximum engagement and learning.

Jayne is the founder of a growing Multi Academy Trust (RPT); working across specialist schools where the focus on personalised learning has ensured excellent outcomes for all pupils. Jayne’s contribution to SEND and education was recognised in the New Year’s Honours list, 2022.
Her mantra is ‘Love, Learn, Laugh’.
