External opportunities round-up - September

We are sent a range of opportunities from our external partners and contacts. Here is our roundup for September.

Learning by Questions

Learning by Questions is offering Challenge Partner schools the opportunity to participate in a 30-day managed trial. As part of this, all schools will be given full access to Learning by Questions resources free of charge, as well as the pupil data that this will generate.

Several Challenge Partners schools are working with the company. Greg Scott, Assistant Headteacher of Manor Leas Junior School, Lincoln, said: “Learning by Questions has enabled our pupils and teachers to become more empowered with learning. Teachers feel that it saves time, pupils enjoy the format and challenges and parents have commented about the immediate feedback. LbQ can be used virtually or in school and has a strong impact on learning.”

You can find out more on this link www.LbQ.org To register interest in the free managed trial email Gary Trotter at g.trotter@lbq.org

  • Reducing the number of young people excluded and missing from mainstream education

  • Supporting after-school and mentoring provision in Pupil Referral Units

  • Healthy relationships and domestic violence education and training in schools

  • Supporting pupils transitioning from primary to secondary school

They would like to invite schools to take part in one of two workshops to draw on your experience and expertise as key practitioners as they further develop the programme specification. Sign up using the links below (one person per school or trust).
