It is with deep sadness that we read the news at the weekend of the passing of our former colleague and friend, Aziz Ziriat.
Aziz was a valued member of our team, known for his warmth, positivity, and infectious sense of humour. He brought passion and excellence to his work with our schools and he was liked and respected by both school and trust leaders in our partnership and our central team alike.
One fond memory shared by many was seeing Aziz sitting at a small table with children at John Keats Primary School, our previous office location, enjoying lunch together. It’s a lasting image of the joy and gentle spirit he brought to every part of his work.
Aziz will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
