Steplab and Challenge Partners have launched a new partnership to support schools and trusts in driving continuous improvement through collaboration and high-quality professional development. Steplab, a leading instructional coaching platform, is now a supporter of Challenge Partners’ Trust Leaders’ Network including the upcoming annual conference on 5 June in London.
The combination of Challenge Partners and Steplab is already making a significant impact in trusts and schools. Trust leaders at OAK Multi Academy Trust and Lime Academy Trust, who partner with both organisations, have praised the synergy between Steplab’s personalised coaching and Challenge Partners’ peer review model.
OAK Multi-Academy Trust’s CEO Andrew Wilson described them as “our two most valued partners in improving our schools,” noting how the combination supports both teacher development and whole-school strategy. Lime Academy Trust’s Director of Education, Rachel Holland, highlighted the tangible, realistic next steps offered by both organisations that help staff to avoid standing still and to continue progressing.
Both trusts noted how Steplab and Challenge Partners promote a culture of celebration, support, and clarity, with strong alignment in values and approach. Their combined influence is helping schools embed excellence, drive consistency, and sustain high-quality outcomes for pupils.
