Nicola Forster

Nicola Forster has been a primary headteacher for over fifteen years and has just begun her fourth headship at Pinkwell Primary School. Prior to headship, she taught/was an EYFS consultant for seventeen years. Nicola is the Senior Partner of Compass Hub in West London, a wonderful collaboration of fifteen schools from four local authorities, that provide each other with challenge and support. Nicola completed the NPQEL, which supported the development of Compass Hub to have impact across its schools, through an extensive joint CPD programme.

Nicola has been an active member of Challenge Partners for thirteen of its fourteen years, learning from and with other schools and  has engaged in many of its projects. She is an occasional writer for TES.
