Andrew Wilson

Andrew has been involved in Challenge Partners for 10 years. He was heavily involved in the creation of the Northamptonshire (now Heart of England) Hub and led this for the first three years. Andrew has taken part in many reviews and was a team member on one of the pilot trust reviews.

Since January 2022, Andrew has led OAK Multi Academy Trust in the East Midlands. OAK is a thriving, outward looking trust of five schools in the primary and secondary sectors which work closely together to accelerate school improvement, whilst recognising and valuing the identity of each of their schools. All OAK schools have been part of Challenge Partners since Andrew joined the trust and leaders value the wide range of opportunities that being part of Challenge Partners has presented.
