Lisa Bond
Head of School, Treloar's
Lisa is an innovative and passionate leader who promotes an ambitious vision to provide high-quality education for all students, building upon their unique starting points. Currently the Head of School at Treloar in Alton, leading accessible curriculum design for students with physical disabilities working from Pre Key Stage Standards up to GCSE. Lisa has over 22 years in education with experience across mainstream (Early Years to Year 6) and SEN (PMLD, SLD, MLD, ASD and PD) across West Sussex, Portsmouth and now Hampshire.
Lisa truly values the ‘Pay It Forward’ principle and is an advocate of schools having strong links with other settings to share skills, promote good practice and policies and develop partnerships to support growth and development. Within her own practice as a leader these partnerships have led to the creation of bespoke curriculum frameworks which meet the needs of diverse student needs in a wide range of settings, with some of these projects winning awards for their focus on diversity and inclusion.
Lisa has been involved with Challenge partners as a reviewer for the last 8 years and is currently a Trustee for NASS, a highly successful organisation representing special schools.
