Tillie Yorke

Tillie joined Challenge Partners in September 2025 as a Partnership Coordinator. She sits in the Programmes Team, supporting the delivery of the QA Review, SEND Developmental Peer Review and Growing the Top programmes.

Prior to joining Challenge Partners, she completed a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, with her dissertation focusing on ASC, Empathy and Emotional Reactivity. As part of her degree, she undertook a year in industry working at a SEND college and has since worked across primary, secondary and special schools. She is passionate about inclusive education and supporting positive outcomes.
