About this event

We welcome all participants to the Trust Leaders' Network 2025/26. The launch starts with a welcome session. We’ll share how to get the most out of the network and introduce Practitioner Facilitators, who will each highlight what they’re looking forward to this year. Participants will also have the opportunity to join breakout groups to meet other trust leaders, to discuss priorities for the year, current challenges, and how the network can provide support.

The morning continues with a keynote from Andy Wolfe, Executive Director of Education at The Church of England. Andy will be unpacking the 2024 joint publication from Church of England, CST and Catholic Education Service called ‘Flourishing Together’ – and highlighting the ’10 seeds of flourishing’ – key strategic priorities for a school system in which children and adults could expect to flourish. This will include a range of key implications for leadership and teacher development, as well as transformational vision for educational policy including SEND, diversity, addressing child poverty and placing children at the centre of our vision. These programmes will develop around the five research-led domains of flourishing – Purpose, Relationships, Resources, Learning and Wellbeing.
