About this event

Northern Lights is a primary and secondary Trust of 12 schools. We are an intentionally diverse family of schools with Church and non Church, very high and low levels of disadvantage and large urban schools and small rural schools. We believe passionately in support and collaboration and work across the system in a wide range of ways including as a Teaching School Hub, ITT, 2 Early Years Stronger Practice Hubs and a RISE Reception network, as well as supporting schools in school improvement, including through RISE. We place belief in everyone flourishing as our mission. An example of our inclusive culture is our purposeful development over recent years of a number of LA commissioned Additionally resourced SEND provision in our schools. We also include adults flourishing in our mission, for example through our professional learning opportunities across the Trust. Ultimately Northern Lights prides itself on its culture. We work in a relational collaborative way and place high importance on our people-centred culture, both within our Trust and more widely across the system.
