Our final 2025/26 webinar is fast approaching, we will hear from Luci Ingram, General Counsel at Johnson Matthey PLC and Challenge Partners Trustee. Drawing on her contrasting experience at a tech start-up and a 200 year old FTSE 250 company, Luci will guide us through lessons on sustainable organisational growth. 

Going from start up to grown up is a difficult task for any organisation – whether that be a business, charity or trust. Understanding what you want your organisation to be but also the expectations and needs for your organisation as you grow and scale is what this session is going to cover. In this interactive conversation we’ll look at some of the highs but also some potential challenges and pitfalls to avoid and hopefully learn something together along the way. As always, our webinar will have plenty of opportunities for reflection and discussion in breakout sessions.
